26 06 2018 - Steel Fell, Calf Crag, Gibson Knott and Helm Crag with Richard

We started the walk from Town End Farm, just off the A 591, where all day parking is still available for £1 (one pound!) per day via a honesty box. The farmer here is very friendly and helpful. From Town End we walked down the road to Ghyll Foot following the road round to the right and up onto the open fell. It was a splendid walk in good weather with excellent views all day. We stopped for a pint at The Badger Bar in Rydal on the way home.
