04 07 2008 - Grisedale Pike, Eel Crag and Sail with Paul D and Gerry

We set out from Braithwaite in fine sunny weather which stayed with us throughout the walk. Darkening clouds gathered from time to time but kept their distance and it turned out to be a rain-free day. Views from Grisedale Pike and Eel Crag were particularly stunning. The pint of Cocker Hoop at The Royal Oak back in Braithwaite was just as satisfying.
