10 04 2008 Walk and photos - via Calfhow Pike with Paul D.

Walk first completed 16 08 2000 with Richard. It was a warm but cloudy day
as we
began the walk from Wanthwaite.
We approached Clough Head via the north eastern
ridge accompanied by one or two cloudbursts. We then went on to
Great Dodd (via Calfhow Pike),
Watson's Dodd and
Stybarrow Dodd before dropping down to Sticks Pass
and Stanah on our way back to Wanthwaite. It was
thoroughly enjoyable apart from the long trudge back from Stanah to Wanthwaite.
