26-08-2021 - Souther Fell and Mungrisdale Common with Richard and Sam.

We parked up next to the community hall in Mungrisdale and set off over the bridge across the river Glenderamackin heading for the path up the north-east ridge of Souther Fell. It was a warm bright day with plenty of blue sky - almost perfect for walking. The one disappointment was that when we arrived back in Mungrisdale, tired and thirsty, the Mill Inn was closed.
