26/08/2021 - Souther Fell and Mungrisdale Common - with Richard and Sam. We parked next to the Community Hall in Mungrisdale and set off over the bridge across the River Glenderamackin, heading for Souther Fell. It was a warm bright day with plenty of blue sky, almost perfect for walking. The one big disappointment was that when we arrived back in Mungrisdale, tired and thirsty, The Mill Inn was closed.
